This policy describes how Masarna collects and uses information on masarna.io. It covers the public website and the form we use to discuss a challenge — not client ATS or workspace data handled under an engagement.

Masarna is an operating partner for founder-led startups and growing companies across recruiting, operations, and fractional leadership. The website is operated by Masarna. Questions about this policy: hello@masarna.io.
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you submit: name, work email, company, company stage, function, engagement type, optional hiring roles, what is getting harder as the company grows, and any notes. If you reach us by email instead, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Campaign links may also pass standard UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content) so we know which page or ad referred you. We do not use that data for advertising profiles.
We use form and email submissions only to reply, scope a potential engagement, and keep an internal record of inbound requests. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to run ads.
Form submissions are delivered to our internal Slack workspace so the team can respond. The website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect aggregated traffic and performance data; they are not used to identify you from the form.
We use first-party analytics from Vercel to understand which pages are used and how the site performs. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party ad pixels on this site.
Inbound form and email records are kept as long as needed to respond and to understand recent demand. You can ask us to delete a submission by emailing hello@masarna.io.
You can email hello@masarna.io to access, correct, or delete personal information you sent us through the website. Do not use the form to send candidate resumes or sensitive employment data; those belong in a later, contracted engagement.
